Stewarton Winds win an another amazing Gold Plus Award for our performance at the Scottish Concert Band Festival in Livingston on Sunday 16 January 2011.
Our programme was:
Adjudicators Hughina Naylor and Jennifer Stewart complimented our performance commenting:
"Folk Dances" ... "brilliant lower brass, wonderful performance from all sections".
"October" ... "beautiful phrasing full of sensitivity and musicianship, this is magnificent!".
"New York" .... "magnificent opening, beautiful musicianship".
Adjudicator Hughina Naylor rounded off her comments by writing ... "It was truly a privilege to sit and enjoy your performance"
